Transforming Workplace Culture through designing a platform that allows companies to train their employees in compliance, sexual harassment prevention, and unconscious bias. Designing and delivering Emtrain's end to end customer experience. This includes designing the entire product ecosystem, naming, and branding as well as all other customer-facing touch-points such as the website, and sales and marketing collateral. My responsibilities include but not limited to planning and strategizing company and product line messaging, developing the visual language and pattern library. Guiding and directing developers, content writers and strategist, video producers, sales, and marketing teams in creating a cohesive experience that defines Emtrain’s brand.


Zignal Labs

Drove the overall design of all Zignal products, UX and UX research, marketing design, and brand experiences. Led mentored and grew a team of designers who were passionate about making data accurate, fathomable, and beautiful. Created a vision for future products that help users understand massive amounts of information in a fun, interactive, insightful and actionable manner. Worked directly with senior executives, product managers, and engineers, providing holistic user-centric design strategies within an agile development and Lean UX process. Redesigned the Enterprise solution, created a new “living” design language for the new generation of Zignal products, websites, corporate sales collateral, and presentations.

Principal User Experience Designer

Envisioned, designed, and delivered the future of work. Created an ecosystem of world-class services across all touch points of the Citrix customer experience. Delivered a comprehensive vision for GoToMeeting that spans from endpoint and mobile to extended platforms, including the web and desktop. Instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and NPS for flagship products, including GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining, and OpenVoice. Elevated the overall quality and usability of products by developing a modern, unified customer experience to drive adoption and strengthen brand identity. Designed a flexible design language, composed of visual and interaction patterns, which designers could easily incorporate and adapt for any product or platform. Established new design guidelines for interactions and behaviors, visual design, and content. Trained and mentored a team of 25+ designers.


Adobe Systems

2008-2012
Senior Experience Design Lead

Designed and collaborated on the vision for Adobe Cloud initiatives specifically the Marketing Cloud which is set to provide various marketing analytics tools for small, medium and enterprise businesses. Designed Product sections and introduced the concept of Adobe magazines for Adobe® Creative Cloud™ which is a creative hub where users can explore, create, publish, and share their work.

Contributed and influenced the vision for Adobe.com transformation project which included reorganization and redesign of content, as well as the introduction of WCMS and personalization of content for building a relationship with users and visitors. In addition to design and development of product pages and homepage
I was responsible for strategizing with external partners, evangelizing the core vision, producing product specifications for all sprints, and presenting designs to all team members internal and external to XD.

Accomplished successful Adobe.com product launches of Acrobat X and Creative Suite 5.5 along with the introduction of Adobe subscription plans. Designed Interaction and UI of new features for Photoshop CS5 such as Puppet Warp, Type, and Paragraph Styles, and Camera raw.

Involved with numerous big and small projects such as Adobe Market Place, Adobe Payments, Distribution Manager, Trial Download Manager, and Community Help Center. Investigated and documented design specifications for the Adobe Experience Model (AXM), a standard guideline for UI components and pattern libraries to be used by designers and developers at Adobe.
