Zignal User Experience Research
Introduced and evangelized UX Research strategies to company leadership. Develped personas and customer journey maps to help sales, marketing, and product teams recognize opportunities or gaps and painpoints. Conducted usability testing. Created a multi-disciplinary team of designers, QA, front-end and project managers. Developed a process that included writing test scripts, choosing interviewers & test subjects, test observations, gathering feedback, creating JIRA tickets based on test results, and pushing tickets to sprints. Initiated and facilitated Design Thinking workshops for various projects.
