Created a passport-inspired experience centered on Access, Connect, and Engage, reimagining how employees interact with their workplace. The concept won executive sponsorship at a hackathon and was selected for productization, transforming an innovative idea into a product initiative.
UX Research
Conducted UX research to understand employee needs, behaviors, and workplace challenges. Developed personas, journey maps, Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) frameworks, and usability studies to uncover pain points and validate design decisions. Collaborated closely with Customer Success to incorporate ongoing feedback, identify opportunities, and improve workplace experiences.

Unified standalone products into a centralized workplace platform, bringing together Visitors, Analytics, Connect, Emergency Notifications, and other applications. Created a seamless, scalable experience that simplifies navigation, streamlines workflows, and gives organizations a single destination to manage their workplace operations.
Emergency Notifications
Designed an integrated experience for emergency notifications and digital signage, enabling organizations to communicate critical alerts and workplace updates in real time. Streamlined message creation, distribution, and management across multiple channels to improve workplace safety, awareness, and employee engagement.
