Redesigned the Citrix SaaS product ecosystem, creating a unified customer experience across GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining, and OpenVoice. Developed FLEXO, a scalable design system of visual and interaction patterns that improved usability, strengthened brand consistency, and contributed to higher customer satisfaction and NPS.
