ServiceNow’s design system is the result of the formation and collaboration of all design organizations within ServiceNow (Brand, Marketing, Product, Support, and Digital Transformation) called the Design Council. In 2022 ServiceNow did a major rebranding and all the digital properties needed to update their design language accordingly. The collaborative effort led to a cohesive and unified library of reusable patterns and assets that brings efficiency and consistency across all touchpoints, from web and mobile applications to physical products and marketing materials..
